1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phgame3 platform available at phgame3.vip ("the Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the phgame3 Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies, and guidelines that phgame3 may publish from time to time. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phgame3 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3. Account Registration & KYC

To participate in real-money gaming on phgame3, you must register a verified personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the Platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active phgame3 account. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phgame3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phgame3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods are subject to change at phgame3's discretion without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phgame3 wallet upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. phgame3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on standard business days. phgame3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the phgame3 account.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phgame3 account are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. phgame3 maintains AML monitoring procedures and may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified in advance of the application of any dormancy fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phgame3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all phgame3 bonuses:

• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash except where winnings have been fully released through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

8. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgame3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. phgame3's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgame3 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms

phgame3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by a notice posted on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
